Shipping policy

Shipments via DHL, FEDEX, UPS and ESTAFETA.

All shipments will be provided with a tracking number.

International Shipping:

Items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.

Exchange and return policy

No warranty returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all non-warranty returns returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Refunds will be issued only after receipt and testing. The product must be returned in the condition purchased and must be accompanied return authorization number.
